No, we cater to the dogs and will be happy to customize any party kit to your needs.

What comes in each party kit?
The contents of each complete party kit depends on the theme of the party and is described in detail
on each item page. 
Most kits contain invitations & thank you cards, decorations, party guide,
and 1 exclusive party favor box with treats, toys & bandana. Be sure to order a favor box for
each pup-guest attending your dog’s party!

What’s included in each Party Favor Box?
Each Party Favor Box includes an individual gourmet treat, a plush toy, and chic neckwear – either an elegant bandana, jeweled necklace or collar cover.

How many Party Favor boxes are included?
When you order your party, you’ll be able to select the number of party favor boxes you’ll need – one for each guest.

Can I choose the specific toy & bandana I want?
Not at this time as our stock changes often and we cannot guarantee we have the exact
toys & bandana styles all year. However, you can specify your styles of choice during
checkout and we will make every effort to fulfill your request. We guarantee that all
products you receive will be of the highest quality.

How come all holiday parties aren’t offered all year?
At this time, we cannot stock all parties year round. However, you can choose to order a custom party and we will fill your order.

What sizes are available?
The toys & treats in each party favor box are custom for the size & gender
of your pet(s). Example breeds are listed below for each size:
Small for Poms, Yorkies, Maltese
Medium for Aussies, Beagles, Bulldogs, Keeshonds, Huskies
Large for Airedales, Afghans, German Shepherd Dogs, Greyhounds, Mastiffs, Retrievers

What if all my dog guests are different sizes?
When you order your party, you can order each party favor box by size – each one can be different.

What if I don’t know the sizes of the dogs that will attend?
You can either order all Mediums, or order some of each size.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
YES! The more pups at your party the better! If you’re planning on a large party with lots of dogs, then you’ll want multiple “Group Treats” and a Favor Box for each dog. Discounts are incorporated into the price of larger parties. If the discounts aren't apparent, please contact us and we'll be happy to explain. Occasionally, we may offer special promotions and coupons, check back often to see if our Dogs have extended any specials!

Do you ever donate Dog House Party kits to worthy organizations?
Yes! We donate party kits to charitable groups and pet rescues to help with fund raising events.
We are very active in the pet rescue community, so
contact us
with your event details.
We also offer a sponsorship program to rescues whereby people can sponsor an adoptable pet at your
facility and purchase party supplies for him or her to take to their new home. Please visit our

What forms of payment do you accept?
 In our shopping cart, you can select a form of payment during checkout. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, and money orders. Note that orders paid by money order will not ship until money order is received.

What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused merchandise within 30 days for a complete & prompt refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you find any product to be defective, please contact us for a prompt replacement – free of charge.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on what shipping method you choose, between 2-10 days. All orders of in-stock products will ship out within 24 hours of receiving order. The shipping method you choose will determine expected delivery.
